Will my drawing be safe after you get it?

Yes, we will not release your design to third parties without permission. We can sign an NDA before receiving your drawings.

What is the MOQ?

We typically don't set MOQ, but larger quantities receive better pricing. We're happy to make prototype parts or samples to ensure quality standards.

Can samples be provided?

Yes, samples are available for a small cost which will be refunded when proceeding to mass production. Mold fees apply for custom molds which then belong to the customer.

How do you handle quality issues?
