We typically don't set MOQ, but larger quantities receive better pricing. We're happy to make prototype parts or samples to ensure quality standards.

Can you provide samples?

Yes, we can provide samples for a small fee which will be returned when proceeding to mass production. If a mold is needed, we charge the mold fee upfront and the mold then belongs to the customer.

How do you handle quality issues?
