Yes, we will not release your design to third parties without permission. We can sign an NDA before receiving your drawings.
What is the MOQ?
We typically don't set MOQ, but larger quantities reduce costs. We're happy to produce prototype parts or samples to verify quality standards.
Can you provide samples?
Yes, we require sample costs which will be refunded when proceeding to mass production. For molded items, we charge a mold fee which then becomes customer property.
How do you handle quality issues?
All products undergo QC inspection with reports before shipment. In rare cases of non-conformance, contact us immediately with photos. We will address issues promptly, covering any resulting transportation costs.
