Our Manufacturing Processes

2025-09-15

Our comprehensive manufacturing capabilities encompass a full spectrum of processes to transform raw metal into high-precision finished components. The journey begins with casting, where molten metal is shaped using methods like sand casting for large parts, investment casting and lost-wax casting for complex, detailed geometries, and die casting or gravity casting for high-volume, precise parts.

For components requiring superior strength, we employ forging techniques such as hammer forging, die forging, and roll forging to refine the metal's grain structure. Sheet metal is then formed through our stamping department, which utilizes laser cutting for intricate contours, punching for holes, and bending for angular forms. For creating symmetrical, hollow shapes like vessels and cones, our advanced CNC spinning process is ideal.

These near-net-shape parts are then brought to precise specifications through our machining center. Our computer-numerical-control (CNC) equipment performs operations including CNC turning, milling, drilling, and grinding to achieve tight tolerances and fine surface finishes. Every part undergoes rigorous inspection using precision tools like calipers, optical projectors, and sophisticated CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) to ensure absolute quality compliance. Finally, products are securely packaged in hardboard boxes and mounted on wooden pallets for safe and stable transportation, ensuring they reach our clients in perfect condition. This integrated approach guarantees the delivery of robust, precision components that meet global standards.
